We’re Hiring: Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Tech Industry.

Are you looking to start your career in tech sales and gain hands-on experience with data-driven business development? We’re looking for a Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team and help drive new business opportunities.

In this role, you will play a key part in building our sales pipeline by identifying potential clients, engaging prospects, and using data insights to improve outreach strategies and lead generation efforts.

What You’ll Do
- Identify and research potential clients in target markets
- Schedule discovery meetings for the sales team.
- Use CRM and sales tools to track prospecting activity and pipeline data-Analyze outreach performance and use data insights to optimize prospecting strategies.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve targeting and campaign effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For




- Strong interest in technology sales and data-driven decision making-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc. are a plus).
- English full competency: Upper B2-C1 level.
