This role offers an opportunity to shape enterprise-wide quality engineering strategy while advancing the use of artificial intelligence in software testing.
You will operate at an Architect or Principal level, combining deep test automation expertise with strategic leadership and technical innovation.
The position spans UI, API, integration, performance, and data testing, with a strong focus on scalable and maintainable automation frameworks.
You will help establish modern quality standards, strengthen CI/CD governance, and embed intelligent testing capabilities into engineering workflows.
The role provides significant influence across Engineering, DevOps, Data Engineering, and Product teams while driving quality transformation initiatives.
You will also mentor QA engineers and Software Development Engineers in Test (SDETs), helping establish consistent tooling, practices, and governance.

Accountabilities
Define and lead enterprise-level test automation strategies spanning user interface (UI), application programming interface (API), integration, performance, and data testing layers.
Architect scalable, maintainable, and reusable automation frameworks using Java-based technologies and modern testing practices.
Apply artificial intelligence and Large Language Models (LLMs) to quality assurance workflows, including test generation, self-healing automation, debugging, intelligent test data creation, and defect analysis.
Establish responsible, secure, and governed adoption of AI-powered testing tools across engineering workflows.
Design and implement automation frameworks using technologies such as Selenium and Playwright for UI
