As of December 31, ****, the Group employed 5,497 people in 14 countries.JOB TITLE: GENERAL ACCOUNTANTPOSITIONThe General Accountant general is responsible for the presentation of the financial information of an organization for the adequate decision-making and compliance in due time and form of the fiscal obligations.It is very important to be constantly updated in order to provide security in the performance of their duties.ACTIVITIES- Start up of new projects and/or take over.
- Implement electronic backup folder in the cloud.
- Opening and closing of accounting system periods.
- Monitoring of ordinary and extraordinary payroll payments according to benefits Ensure compliance with related obligations.
- Review of monthly closings.
- Preparation and/or supervision and analysis of financial statements.




- Supervision and/or sending of financial information package.
- Preparation and/or supervision of monthly federal and state taxes; INEGI and RNIE reports- Supervision and/or calculation and filing of annual returns and reports.
- Forecast of annual tax results.
- Follow-up of tax refunds and compensations.Control of tax credit balances.
- Follow-up to requirements of the different governmental agencies.
- Monitoring the preparation of Payroll-SUA Reconciliations of INFONAVIT Credits.
- Monitoring the process of identification and labeling of national fixed assets.
- Supervision and/or elaboration of material for meetings.
- Communication with the corporate.
- Customer Service.
- Audit of physical and electronic files.
- Annual year-end planning.
- Attention to audits- Supervision of accounting indicators.
- Management session with Direct Chief**REQUIREMENT**:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting- General accounting and tax experience, at least 5 year.
