SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: North Manchester (Blackley, Moston, Crumpsall and surrounding areas)

Contract: Full-time, part-time and temporary

Start date: Flexible

Premier Education is currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across our partner mainstream and SEN schools in North Manchester. These roles are adecuado for graduates, qualified Teaching Assistants, or individuals with relevant childcare or support experience.

Whether you have worked in EYFS, KS1, or KS2,



or have experience supporting pupils with additional needs such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or speech and language difficulties, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Support pupils across mainstream classrooms and/or specialist SEN provisions
- Work closely with the class teacher to deliver tailored learning support
- Provide 1:1 and small group interventions to raise attainment and confidence
- Support pupils with additional learning, communication, or behavioural needs
- Help create engaging learning resources and assist with classroom preparation
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment

Requirements:
- Experience working with children in a UK school, tutoring, coaching, care, or youth setting
- A patient, positive, and adaptable approach
- A genuine passion for supporting children with a range of learning needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS (or willingnes
