Summary/Objective of the Position:
Develop and maintain, under the procedures established in the IMI PE QRO quality system and the lean manufacturing philosophy,



the manufacturing processes for the production of quality and low cost products.

Essential Job Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Lead continuous improvement projects focused on improving key business indicators (Scrap, FPY, Productivity)

2. Develop advanced engineering solutions for problem solving using statistical analysis, simulations or digital tools (DOE, SPC, regression analysis).

3. Develop, optimize, and maintain standard work ensuring alignment with vigente cycle times, operational requirements, and lean manufacturing best practices

4. Perform calculations of installed capacity, available capacity, and workload per machine or process, using data analysis tools and time studies

5. Evaluate the use of machinery to identify bottlenecks, propose redistribution of resources, and support planning, expansion, or equipment investment decisions.
