We're looking for a sharp, fast-moving AI video editor to join our client's DTC brand. You'll edit and generate AI-powered video ads from daily scripts provided by the founder. This is a high-volume, performance-driven role – we test fast, iterate faster, and only care about what converts. You'll need hands-on experience creating realistic AI-generated A-roll and B-roll, not just assembling edits. You'll have full access to AI tools to supercharge your workflow.
Key Responsibilities
AI video generation and editing. The candidate must own the creation of AI footage, not just assemble it.
Generate realistic AI A-roll and B-roll independently using tools like Google Flow, Runway, Veo, or similar




Write and refine prompts to control output quality until assets are realistic and usable
Use AI-powered editing/creative tools to speed up production
Optimize video flow, hooks, cadence, and pacing for paid social (Meta/TikTok)
Track performance feedback and adjust creative accordingly
Deliver polished, on-brand assets within tight turnaround times
Proven experience editing for DTC brands (paid social / direct response)
Hands-on experience generating realistic AI video footage (A-roll/B-roll) – not just editing AI assets
Proficiency with AI generation tools (Google Flow, Runway, Veo, Kling, or similar)
Strong prompt engineering skills – ability to refine outputs until they are realistic and usable
Daily hands-on experience with AI editing tools (e.g., Descript, Opus, CapCut, or similar)
Ability to produce high volume without sacrificing quality
Strong understanding of ad metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA) and what drives co
