A global leader in clean, reliable, and affordable energy solutions is seeking a NPI Mechanical Manager to join the team in Aguascalientes or Monterrey, Mexico. This role will lead the transfer and scale-up of new product introduction projects, bridging product development and manufacturing to deliver innovative, tangible solutions that power critical industries worldwide.
Lead mechanical engineering projects and NPI transfers.
Drive design for manufacturing, process optimization, and product reliability.
Travel opportunities (30–35%) supporting integral operations.
8+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or NPI.
~ Strong background in sheet metal, machining, welding, plumbing/tubing.
~ Proficiency in SolidWorks, ePDM, and PLM systems.
~ BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

Knowledge of fuel cell systems and electrical assemblies.
Experience in energy, oil & gas,



pharmaceuticals, or large capital equipment.
Travel and training expenses covered.
Project duration: Initial training in USA.
Visa required.
