Role:

Maintains agreed-upon inventory levels to provide a flow of raw materials and components from the supply chain to the manufacturing facility.

What you’ll do:
- Ensuring that the environment of the inventory stock room is in line with requirements for each product.
- Managing staffing, development, and performance management of materials management workers. Ensuring proper labor relations.
- Defining and maintaining optimal inventory levels. Performing inventory analysis and making recommendations for stock levels.




- Coordinating maintenance and support of inventory management software.

Education Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineer or a related field
- Fluent English (Intermediate to Advanced)

Decision Making and Critical Thinking
- Ability to analyze data, assess risks, and make informed decisions to support supply chain efficiency and business objectives.
- Intermediate proficiency in SAP for material planning, inventory analysis, and operational decision-making.

Problem Solving
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
- Knowledge and application of Lean tools and continuous improvement methodologies to optimize processes and eliminate waste.
- Ability to resolve supply, inventory, and material planning issues in a fast-paced environment.
