**:**About the Role**We are looking for a **Compensations Sr Coordinator** to help drive the design and administration of innovative Total Rewards strategies that ensure internal equity and external market competitiveness.This role plays a key part in analyzing compensation data, supporting strategic compensation initiatives, and contributing to programs that strengthen Viva's ability to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
**Key Responsibilities**- Support the design and implementation of **Total Rewards strategies** to enhance Viva's compensation offering.
- Analyze compensation data including **internal equity, gender equity, and external competitiveness**.
- Administer compensation programs including **salary structures, promotions, annual increases, and bonus calculations**.
- Conduct **market benchmarking and compensation surveys** to ensure competitive positioning.
- Develop insights and recommendations based on **data analysis and cost-benefit evaluations**.
- Support communication strategies that strengthen the visibility and understanding of Viva's compensation programs internally and externally.
- Participate in **continuous improvement initiatives** within the Compensation & Benefits area.
- Collaborate with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Payroll,



and Finance to support compensation-related decisions.
**What We Are Looking For**- Bachelor's degree in **Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Business, or related field**.
- **4-5 years of experience in Compensation or Total Rewards**.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Experience participating in **market compensation surveys and benchmarking**.
- Knowledge of **job evaluation methodologies such as WTW or Mercer (desirable)**.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills.
