The Kraft Heinz Company in Guadalajara is launching the General Trainee Program (GMT) for 2027 in Manufacturing. The program rotates through Production, Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, and Logistics, and includes a Yellow Belt certification as a foundational Lean Six Sigma credential.
Eligible graduates will be exposed to senior leadership, work on high-impact projects, and relocate as needed during rotations. Start date January 2027; apply by October 5, 2026.
