**Bilingual AI Systems, Code & IT Specialist (esp/eng)****Pay**: $25,000-$30,000 MXN monthly (depending on experience)**Location**: Hermosillo, Sonora**Schedule**: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for an **AI Systems, Code & IT Specialist** responsible for developing AI-driven solutions, writing and maintaining code, and ensuring all IT systems operate efficiently and securely.This role supports internal teams by delivering reliable technology, automation, and infrastructure.What You'll Do- Manage servers, cloud platforms, and databases- Ensure system reliability, monitoring, and performance- Implement cybersecurity best practices- Develop and maintain AI/ML tools, automations, and internal technical workflows- Support teams with technical solutions and troubleshootingWhat We're Looking For- Strong coding skills and experience with AI/ML tools- Experience with cloud services- Knowledge of databases, APIs,
