**Location**: On-site - **Chihuahua, Chihuahua****Schedule**: Full-time - 2 days off**About the Role**We are looking for a **Customer Service Representative** for a legal firm based in USA, with a strong customer-focused mindset and **C1-level English proficiency** to provide high-quality support to international clients.
**Key Responsibilities**- Deliver timely, professional, and accurate customer support, ensuring an **exceptional customer experience**.
- Resolve customer questions, complaints, or issues efficiently while following established processes.
- Escalate complex cases when required and provide follow-up until resolution.
- Accurately document and update customer information in internal systems (CRM).
- Meet performance metrics such as **CSAT, FCR, AHT**, and other service indicators.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve processes and service quality.
**Required Qualifications**- **English proficiency at C1 level (advanced - mandatory)**, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in **Customer Service, Call Center, or related roles**.




- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and active listening abilities.
- Availability to work **on-site** and comply with assigned schedules.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of digital tools and customer management systems (CRM).
**Nice to Have**- Experience supporting **international customers**.
- Background in **BPO, Tech, E-commerce, Fintech, or SaaS** environments.
- Experience working with **Customer Service KPIs**.
