**Descripción General**:Job SummaryProvide financial clerical and administrative services to ensure efficient timely and accurate payment of accounts.Essential**Responsibilities**:Provide daily lockbox reports save check images to drive and process payments to appropriate accountsWork with internal and external customers to research and resolve outstanding issues in order to process payments process adjustments or process credits and write-offs as applicableProvide daily credit card reports and process payments to appropriate accountsProvide daily reports from Google Paypal and Laso deposits and process payments to appropriate accountsProcess credit card refunds chargebacks refund checks RMAs as applicableProcess Paypal refunds as when neededPrepare merchant reports for AVMAssist with month-end closing to ensure all payments and credits are posted in a timely mannerOther duties assigned as neededSkills and AbilitiesDemonstrate time management skills with attention to detailDetail oriented and capable of analyzing complex financial/operational dataDemonstrated experience using pivot tables in ExcelAbility to negotiate conflict and maintain constructive working relationships with people at all levels of the organizationSelf-starter capable of working independently and ensuring to meet deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and writtenAbility to balance multiple tasks with changing prioritiesAbility to exercise solid judgment with sound problem-solving and decision-making skillsEducation and/or ExperienceMinimum High school diploma or equivalentBachelor's degree Accounting Business or related field preferredDemonstrated experience in Accounts receivable or business-to-business collections preferred
