Familiarity with test automation frameworks like:Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium (UI)Familiarity with quality gates, thresholds, and blocking builds based on test metrics or static analysis toolsUnderstanding of release workflows, including staging and prod deployment readiness criteriaComfortable supporting daily/weekly releases and working in fast-paced environments.Knowledge of smoke test automation and production validation tooling is a plusExperience defining and tracking key QA metrics such as:Test pass/failure ratesFlaky test identificationRegression countsStrong analytical and debugging skills can investigate failures across logs, test cases, and environmentsAnalyze test failures from CI runsCorrelate failures with logs, environment configs, and upstream code changesDifferentiate between infrastructure flakiness, product bugs, and test issuesSkilled at creating detailed bug reports, reproducing defects, and communicating findings with developers and product managers.Experience working in Agile/Scrum development teams.Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional engineering, product, and release stakeholders.
