Conocimientos básicos en aire acondicionado y sistemas de ventilación (deseable).
Manejo de equipos (deseable):Reach Truck, order picker, montacargas hombre sentado)Grúas, polipastos y equipos de izaje.Otras habilidades: Comunicación, trabajo en equipo, proactividad, tolerancia a la presión y atención al detalle.Disponibilidad para cargar herramientas/materiales (aprox. 23 kg) y trabajar en alturas (escaleras yplataformas de elevación).
