Novartis is seeking a Congress Manager Lead to oversee the planning, execution, and support of medical congress activities and digital channels, including speaker programs, booth experiences, sponsorship activities, and society engagement plans.
You will work cross‑functionally with US Medical, Content Development, medical strategy, and field medical teams, manage vendors, ensure adherence to policies, and guide the lifecycle of virtual and in‑person congress assets for integral events.
