This position reports to the HR Manager and is part of the Human Resources team l ocated in Tijuana and will be an on-site role .

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Advise and act as a strategic partner to leaders and employees, influencing key talent and organizational decisions through the consistent application of HR policies, employee experience initiatives, and organizational compliance.
- Design and drive Human Resources initiatives aligned with site priorities, translating business strategy into actions that enhance culture, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead the end-to-end talent management process (performance management, development, succession planning, and organizational reviews), identifying risks and opportunities to strengthen organizational capabilities and ensure business continuity.
- Analyze and participate in compensation programs (salary surveys, benchmarking, and job evaluations), providing recommendations that support competitive and equitable decisions aligned with market trends and organizational strategy.




- Proactively manage employee relations, performance, and organizational climate, anticipating risks and implementing sustainable solutions that strengthen culture and employee engagement.

The essential requirements of the job include:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in generalist Human Resources roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican labor legislation, including the Federal Labor Law, Social Security regulations, and related compliance requirements.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with objectivity, empathy, and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Advanced English proficiency.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
- U.S. Tourist travel visa preferred.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Advanced English
