Learning & Development team in the HR department, collaborating closely with plant personnel, managers, and subject matter experts across the organization. The team is committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence, supporting initiatives like Lean, 5S, EHS, and quality improvement programs.

What You Will Do
- Partner with people leaders to design and deliver strategies that enhance individual, team, and organizational capabilities while promoting cultural change and increasing staff engagement.
- Identify training needs through data analysis and provide tailored technical and leadership development solutions.
- Develop and support annual learning plans aligned with business goals.
- Source, evaluate, and manage internal and external training providers to meet departmental needs.
- Monitor and measure the impact of training programs using KPIs, feedback, and engagement surveys
