Key Responsibilities
PROVIDING TECHNICAL SUPPORT IN KNITTING MACHINES Assisting in the set-ups of article changes under company protocols
Assist in the root causing of anomalies during the normal process of knitting
Assist in developing countermeasures to reduce the anomalies in knitting
Provide training assistance to co-workers in proper protocols
Provide assistance on machine settings manual or electronic
Define methods for better adjustments in setting articles on machines
Provide feedback to other sub-process to improve knitting process
Provide details of actions taken on the training for article changes




Suggest changes to R & D when parameters need to change - to improve
Provide assistance on new article developments
PROVIDING TECHNICAL SUPPORT ON KNITTING PATTERNS Provide training to technicians in knitting lapping
Provide training on Kamcos process
Assist and train technicians on chain structure and setting
Provide assisting on developing threading maps for special articles
Develop a verification process for new developments articles on lapping
Support on recipes for thermofixation - on current and new articles
Provide training on electronic setting vs lapping on electronic machines
PROVIDE TECHNICAL SUPPORT IN MACHINE MAINTENANCE Provide assistance in preventative maintenance on knitting machines
Provide support on predictive maintenance on machines
Provide training on machine special characteristics
Provide support on machine setting for new devices and attachments
