Responsibilities:
Drive the performance and growth of the local seller ecosystem — turning Mexico’s existing seller base into a scalable GMV engine. Responsibilities
Drive local seller portfolio performance: execute campaigns, key promotions and subsidies, and optimize with data to grow GMV.




Run day-to-day seller operations — onboarding quality, assortment, pricing competitiveness and promotional calendar — growing seller productivity, not just seller count.
Push adoption of the new business model among Mexican sellers: localize the playbook, remove frictions and turn pilot wins into repeatable practice.
Act as the day-to-day bridge with Hangzhou commercial teams: coordinate subsidy, traffic and campaign support, and channel local market insight to platform counterparts.
Acquire and onboard strategic local brands and sellers to close priority category gaps.

Requirements:
5 years in commercial, BD or operations roles in ecommerce/marketplaces, with owned partner or seller relationships and measurable growth results. Marketplace seller-ops or category experience strongly preferred.
Proven BD muscle: prospecting, negotiating and growing business partnerships or key accounts.
