As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will support the commercial organization by optimizing sales processes, improving CRM adoption, and ensuring data quality and effective use of customer, pipeline, and opportunity data. You will partner with cross-functional teams to enhance commercial tools, reporting, lead management, and process consistency across the LATAM region.

Role Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between LATAM commercial teams and CRM technical analysts to ensure business requirements are understood, prioritized, and effectively implemented.
Support adoption and effective utilization of CRM tools and processes, including opportunity management, pipeline management,



account planning, customer segmentation, and pricing workflows.
Train and coach sales team members on CRM best practices, sales processes, and data management standards.
Partner closely with the Marketing team to support lead management processes and ensure effective alignment between Marketing and Sales.
Prepare and analyze sales, pipeline, forecast, customer, and market reports to support commercial decision-making.
Ensure sales data integrity and consistency across CRM and reporting platforms.
Partner with the General Sales Operations organization to drive consistency in commercial processes, systems, and best practices.
Support deployment and adoption of commercial tools, training programs, and process enhancements.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations
