Brother Mexico is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that strengthen our brands, generate demand, support commercial growth, and expand our presence across key customer segments and channels.

This role will lead the local marketing agenda across product marketing, channel marketing, campaigns, digital, social media, product launches, and customer engagement, translating market and customer insights into clear strategies and measurable business results.

As a key partner to the Sales organization, the Marketing Manager will work closely with commercial leaders, Product, Finance, Operations, regional and integral teams to ensure marketing priorities are fully aligned with business objectives.

The successful candidate will bring a strong combination of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, marketing expertise, analytical capability, and execution discipline.

This role requires full business fluency in both English and Spanish.

Funciones y Responsabilidades

Strategic Marketing
- Develop and lead the Mexico marketing strategy based on business priorities, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and market opportunities.
- Translate customer, market, and business insights into actionable strategies that support sustainable growth.
- Define product positioning, value propositions, and messaging to strengthen differentiation and customer preference.
- Lead marketing strategies for product launches, seasonal initiatives, and key commercial priorities.
- Partner closely with Sales and Product teams to align marketing strategy with revenue, channel, and customer objectives.

Integrated Campaigns & Demand Generation
- Lead the annual marketing plan and budget, ensuring investments are aligned with business priorities and measurable outcomes.
