The role The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).

This role involves analyzing HR data, generating reports, and ensuring the system's optimal performance to support HR operations and strategic initiatives.Position sits in People Insights team and the most important stakeholders are HR CoEs, HRBPs, HRIT.Key ResponssabilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations of the HRIS, including system updates, data integrity, and securityAnalyze HR data to identify trends, generate insights, and support decision-making processesDevelop and maintain HR reports and dashboards to provide accurate and timely information and to address the HR data inconsistencies to stakeholders (including advanced Workday PRISM functionality)Provide training and support to HR staff and other users of the HRISEnsure HRIS compliance with legal and regulatory requirementsLead (and participate) HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades and implementationsIdentify barriers to meeting goals and proactively provide solutions to keep projects on track and on budget.Maintain awareness of current projects across PPG and planned HR technology projects.Translate business requirements into software, communications, and equipment requirements for application developmentPrepare detailed specifications/requirements together with stakeholders from which Workday will be developedStay up to date with Workday enhancements and future product releases to support our HR teamsConduct data quality reviews for Global data set, monitor and correct processing errorsPropose innovative technical solutions to improve customer experienceProficiency and strong understanding with following WD technology: WD HCM, EIBs, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields,
