_**What a typical day looks like**:- _ Maintain customer service standards during high-pressure situations such as increased call volume, fewer resources or demanding customers_- _ Interpret customer needs, recognize symptoms, causes and solutions._- _ Demonstrate clear speaking and writing skills in English,
