- Review and influence customer specification, drawings, RFP, RFQ and develop table of compliance (TOC)
- Act as the deal focal point and provide application engineering guidance to customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders
- Lead quoting for Standard and Complex Controls offerings
- Develop tailored control system solutions using quoting tools, technical libraries, system configurations, hardware, and design standards
- Ensure accurate cost estimation and manage technical, execution, and commercial risks within the Inquiry to Order (ITO) process
- Coordinate with supply chain and third-party providers to obtain quotations for extended project scope
- Work with sales and pricing teams to develop competitive deal-winning pricing and strategy
- Consolidate deal financials
- Present deals to the commercial review board for approvals and ensure ITO process compliance
- Manage tender schedules, internal approvals, bid submission, and readiness for order booking
- Lead techno-commercial proposal generation
- Participate in customer meetings, negotiations,



and presentations
- Manage the advance release and short cycle process
- Own project handover from ITO to OTR phase and the execution team upon PO or contract signature
- Attend technical and commercial trainings
- Contribute to continuous improvement of commercial processes, proposal templates, application guides, and best practices
- Meet or exceed commercial KPIs such as quality, proposal cycle time, and on-time delivery

Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering degree (mechanical, electrical, electronic, power preferred) with minimum 2 years' experience in application/design and/or field service in industrial control systems
- Some Experience in Unit Control (Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, Aero, Hydro or Nuclear), DCS, Generator (Excitation/Static Starters), Human Machine Interface (HMI), Cyber
- Effective use of Personal Computer Technologies- MS Office, quoting tools such as Salesforce, CPQ, etc.
