In this role, you will:
- Own full P&L; responsibility, ensuring revenue growth, cost optimization, and sustainable profitability.
- Drive sales strategy and execution, with a strong focus on increasing sales volume, market share, and revenue streams across Mexico.
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities, partnerships,



and key accounts to accelerate business expansion.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales organization,establishingclear targets, pipelines, and accountability for results.
- Develop, execute, and evaluate business and commercial strategies that support long-term growth in the Mexican market.
- Provide quarterly performance reports, including KPIs, sales metrics, pipeline health, risks, and mitigation plans, to the Group Executive Team.
- Collaborate closely with headquarters leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align local execution with general strategy.
- Ensure the financial health of local operations by making data-driven decisions thatoptimizeprofitability and sustainability.
- Lead, build, and develop local teams, fostering a positive, accountable, and performance-driven culture.
- Establish clear performance expectations and conduct structured performance reviews with senior leadership team members.
