We are currently searching for a AMS Lead - Mainframe: The Challenge (Responsibilities) - Provide expert L2/L3 support for Mainframe applications operating in a fast-paced, 24x7 support environment.



- Monitor production systems meticulously to proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system incidents. - Perform comprehensive incident, service request, problem, and change management activities. - Act as a primary liaison in customer-facing roles, driving effective stakeholder management and communication. Your Profile (Requirements) - Strong, proven experience working with COBOL , JCL , DB2 , CICS , and VSAM . - Hands-on experience executing Mainframe batch processing and utilizing enterprise job scheduling tools.
