We are currently searching for a Senior ServiceNow Developer: The Challenge (Responsibilities) - Initialize local applications, transform metadata, and deploy scoped applications from a local IDE (e. g. , VS Code). - Define application metadata in code using ServiceNow Fluent, server-side JavaScript modules, and third-party libraries. - Execute incident management, problem management, change management,



knowledge management, service catalog, and service level management (SLM) workflows. - Develop custom scoped applications and build web-based tools utilizing Java, J2EE, Servlet, JSP, XML, AJAX, SQL, jQuery, and JavaScript.

- Work extensively with REST APIs to coordinate and solve complex technical data and transformation issues. - Develop, maintain, and execute reports to ensure system operation meets performance targets. - Obtain, analyze, and interpret business requirements to propose sustainable solutions in ServiceNow, answering complex "how-to" configuration questions for senior stakeholders. - Create and maintain comprehensive system design and operations documentation.
