SITE MANUFACTURING AUTOMATION ENGINEERJoining OPmobility means stepping into a integral group with a purpose to keep people and goods moving safely, smarter, and sustainably everywhere.Main missions:Follows the Support Optimap/Optipro project development including AVP phases Support operations in case of technical major/new issueEnsures consistent knowledge sharing and transfer by participating in Automation & Robotic networksResponsibilities:Applies and promotes application of HSE and quality policies and procedures including:Follow up and promote HSE validationAssistance to operations:Supports operations in case of major or new issue on assembly processes/equipment, including:Automation audit on equipment/cellRobot/automation program ADJUSTMENT during tuning phase/retrofit/re-useParticipates in operations productivity workshops.Customer/Industrial projects activities:Validates technical feasibility of robotics aspects and participate to design for manufacturing if required.Supports the definition of equipment specifications & supplier sourcingSupports the validation and commissioning of robotized applications following development of robotic equipment standard (functional analysis, validation plan, project report and so on)Ensures methodological and technical standards are applied in all the projectsConsolidates lessons learnt from the projects into metier best practices and standardsContribute to Automation & Robotic network activities linked to central roadmap.Participate during definition/ define of technical standards,Industrializes validated solutions,Knowledge sharing activities:Dispense Automation & Robotic Basic training inside the division .

regarding development of robotic equipment standard.Desired Profile:Engineering Technician with experience or Engineering Master degree in Automatism and RoboticsAdvanced experience in robotics and automatismPrevious experience in an international context preferred.Previous experience in the automotive sector is an added advantage3+ years of experience as Robotic or PLC specialistKnowledge of SIEMENS PLC and FANUC ROBOTLeadership, able to make clear synthesis, organized, rigorous, team player and good communication.Ability to make decision and asses technical solution on his fieldGood communication and pedagogical skillsAbility to plan, organize and prioritizeAt OPmobility, people truly matter.
