**Aufgaben**:- E/E Product Specialist Engineer- Main Objective:- Localization of Electric & Electronic Components (Incl. Wiring Harness) in Mexico and NAFTA, support smooth production ramp-up and continuous series production of Mercedes-Benz Vehicles.Main:- Track necessary documentation and process readiness of the parts for the vehicle production plant.
- Drive continuous improvement for own area of responsibility, and challenge others to top performance.
- Promptly respond to shop calls and plant build issues.Understand the ramifications of these issues and how their potential solutions roll out across multiple projects and products.Develop and implement suitable countermeasures.

2. Change management: Maintain information exchange with RD Germany for smooth and timely implementation of changes with the suppliers and Mercedes-Benz vehicle plants in alignment with the project targets.Schedule accurate introduction packages for series production.

3. Interact with multi-tier supplier base and Mercedes-Benz vehicle plants during process setup, trial production and product approval phase with the target to ensure the industrialization according to design specifications, MB standards, customer expectations and government regulations; Driving the R&D; related portion in close alignment with the R&D; Headquarters in Germany-
4. Align and collaborate on technology,



methods and targets with other general teams including product design, validation engineering, compliance, manufacturing, quality and purchasing.

5. Proactively inform management of project issues, delays and risks.
- Generate and implement ideas to continuously improve work environment, systems, tools, processes as well as product cost and quality.
**Qualifikationen**:-
1. Education: Bachelor ́s or Master ́s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related career (B.S., B.A.)-
2. Language(s):- English (Native or business fluent, Required)- Spanish (Desired)- German (Desired)-
3. Work Experience: Practical Experience in E/E components and systems or wiring harness development or production, and automotive industry.
