We’re looking for a Creative Project Manager to join a growing general in-house Creative Hub.
The team moves with the pace and variety of an agency , but instead of working across external clients, you’ll partner with teams and stakeholders across one global organization.

This is a role with real ownership . You’ll independently manage a mix of small-to-medium creative projects from brief through delivery — owning your timelines, stakeholders, approvals, and day-to-day decisions.

You’ll work across a variety of creative, social, digital, video, motion, design, and integrated projects , with senior support available when projects grow into larger or more complex campaigns.

What You'll Do:




Independently manage multiple creative and social-first projects from brief through final delivery
Own timelines, deliverables, reviews, feedback, and approvals end to end
Coordinate projects across design, social, video, motion, copy, and digital
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and keep them informed throughout the project
Understand the brief and what the stakeholder is trying to achieve before work moves into the creative team
Ask the right questions when a brief is unclear or missing information
Push back diplomatically when scope, timelines, or expectations don't align
Identify risks, dependencies, and priority conflicts before they impact delivery
Bring together designers, copywriters, stakeholders, and creative teams to keep work moving
Maintain clear, accurate project tracking
Manage multiple concurrent projects and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Contribute ideas to improve creative workflows and processes
