Must Have
- Proven experience in client management and sales, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive, client-focused, and service-oriented personality.
- Strong business knowledge of wealth management systems and mutual fund trading.
- Minimum 5 years of direct experience in the wealth management industry, with strong familiarity with financial advisory platforms, investment products, and regulatory frameworks.
- An established network of senior-level contacts within the Mexican wealth management industry,



including banks, brokerages, casas de bolsa, investment dealers, or insurance companies.
- Profound understanding of the Mexican financial services market, including the regulatory environment (CNBV), local competitors, and client expectations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Comfortable working independently with a high degree of autonomy in a local market.
- Passion for excellence and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
- Strong consultative selling skills.
- Effective persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to bring in appropriate sales and solution resources to engage clients while knowing when to lead and when to empower others.
- Proactive and motivated approach to identifying new opportunities and expanding client relationships.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English — mandatory.
