Important IT company At the Latin American level, growth requires: Business Analyst + CRM Skills - Integration Requirements Analysis - User Stories & Acceptance Criteria - API & Integration Concepts - CRM Business Processes (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP or similar) - Agile + Azure DevOps - Data mapping / Process Modeling - Ownership / Proactive Delivery Mindset - MUST: CRM - Level y/o seniority: Sr or Lead (BA autónomo) ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).
