British American Tobacco México has an exciting opportunity for a Transport Intern in Monterrey
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Export shipments by sea and air to the Caribbean and other end markets.
- Daily follow up to shipments in transit and ensure on-time deliveries
- Follow up with the planning team and end markets for shipment changes
- Follow up with carriers and forwarders for transport availability
- Creation of Transfer Orders in SAP
- Creation of Purchase Orders
- Improvement of internal KPIs and measure the performance of carriers and forwarders
- Receipt of invoices, payments to suppliers and budget monitoring

What are we looking for?
- Advanced English
- Students in International Business or related careers.
- Microsoft Office, advanced Excel
