A Day in Your Life at MKS:As a Jr.Material Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective management of our inventory levels.This unique position will see you working closely with the Master Scheduler to implement time-saving strategies and oversee our supplies, making a significant impact on our operations.You Will Make an Impact by:- Collecting data from multiple sources, including MRP, regional planner, sales, and marketing.
- Create and maintain a master part number list.
- Material maintenance in MRP systems.
- Weekly Reporting- Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials & maintain Inventory by suggesting rebalancing and proactively reviewing orders.Skills that You Bring:- 1-3 Years' Experience Preferred.
- Associated degree or higher in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good with data sets and Excel.




- Must be able to develop and draft process documents for internal business practices.
- Basic understanding of supply chain best practices.
- Strong communication skills and logical and analytical talent are essential.
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to grasp new technologies and experience in an ERP system.
- High-level multi-tasking.
- Creative problem-solving.
- Good written and spoken English.Preferred Skills:- Experience with SAP and Oracle integrated materials/production systems (MRP).
