Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading subordinate deployment supply chain managers and individual contributors, driving all product development phases, engaging with multiple stakeholders for managing program activities, and identifying process improvement and cost reduction opportunities. The role applies expert subject matter knowledge across businesses, functions or regions to lead complex technical space and drives change initiatives. The role is also responsible for people-care management, recruitment, and career development.

Responsibilities
- Provides direct and ongoing leadership for an organization of multiple subordinate managers and individual contributors coordinating, managing, and leading programs to drive the engineering development and implementation of products and service offerings.
- Develops and executes deployment plans, schedules, and ensures SKU/BOM readi-ness for timely product launches and transitions, while identifying and mitigatingrisks.




- Manages regulatory readiness by region, transition planning, and complexity for theAdvance Computing Solutions
- Serves as the primary interface to Markets and Category teams regarding overall plat-form readiness and transitions from a supply chain perspective.
- Leads a complex technical space and establishes a solid program around it with defined goals, program charters and long-term strategies.
- Applies expert subject matter knowledge across businesses, functions, or regions and drives change initiatives.
- Drives and supports all phases of product development for multiple products across the organization.
- Manages headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs for multiple ongoing projects and programs, ensuring that resources are appropriately allocated and that goals, objectives, timelines, and budgets are met in accordance with program and organizational roadmaps.
