Responsibilities: - Manage the entire recruiting process from sourcing and screening to placement and contractor support. - Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams to match the right people with the right opportunities. - Proactively source top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach methods. - Conduct technical interviews and guide candidates through every stage of the process. - Partner with internal Account Managers to ensure timely submissions and successful placements. - Maintain accurate candidate and job records within our ATS (Bullhorn). - Track recruiting metrics to measure progress and drive improvement. - Stay up to date on market trends and hiring needs in technology and engineering fields.





Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in recruiting for technical engineering roles (hardware and software). - Successful track record of managing multiple high-volume requisitions within VMS programs. - Familiar with submitting candidates quickly within 24-48 hours. - Strong communication and candidate relationship-building skills. - Highly organized and detail-oriented. - Experience using an ATS or CRM (Bullhorn preferred). - Passion for helping people find meaningful work and thrive in their careers.
