As a Telemarketing Representative at our family, you will play a vital role in generating leads and driving sales growth within the construction industry.You will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential clients, effectively communicating the benefits of our products/services, and nurturing relationships to secure appointments or sales opportunities for our sales team.
**Duties**:- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to potential customers- Present and promote products or services to generate sales- Use scripts to provide information about product features, prices, and benefits- Answer questions and address customer concerns- Record and update customer information in the database- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and secure additional salesQualifications:- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in technology or software industry- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,
