- Leadership and management of the IDSE team and all issues related to employer obligations.
- Experience in audits with authorities.
- Supervision and development in work teams of 7 to 8 people in the payroll area.
- Tax calculations and settlements.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Ensure the proper administration and execution of IMSS processes for our employees.
- Collect and review information necessary for payroll processing, such as hours worked, deductions, and bonuses.
- Execute registrations, cancellations and modifications in the IMSS- Obtain proof of registrations, cancellations and modifications.




- Register employer records.
- Fonacot Affiliations.
- Make changes to tax status and obtain receipts.
- Payment calculation (SUA, IMSS, FONACOT ISN)- Solid knowledge of labor and tax laws related to payroll processing.
