- Configure Oracle ERP Source to Pay modules, including Purchasing, Supplier Management, and Payables, to meet business needs
- Design and optimize Source to Pay processes using Oracle ERP functionalities and best practices
- Analyze complex business processes to identify Oracle ERP enhancement opportunities
- Lead implementation and integration of Oracle E-Business Suite solutions
- Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements for ERP projects
- Develop and execute project plans to deliver Oracle ERP solutions on time and within budget
- Provide technical consultation and support for Oracle CRM systems
- Design and standardize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage systems project management tasks, including budgeting and resource allocation
- Facilitate adoption of emerging technologies and innovative design in Oracle ERP implementations
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to support successful project outcomes
- Conduct training sessions and develop materials to enhance user adoption and system utilization




- Engage directly with clients and guide junior team members within complex engagements

Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in relevant fields including Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- Proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle CRM
