This is a business-facing legal role, not simply a contract review position. You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to help the organization make informed decisions, protect its interests, and operate within applicable legal and regulatory requirements. You’ll take ownership of commercial contract drafting and negotiation, corporate governance, legal research and advisory, regulatory compliance, dispute coordination, and legal risk management .
