- **Secondary functions**:- Train and assist in the evaluation of newly recruited personnel.
- Participate in the process of hiring and promoting operators.
- Request equipment, materials necessary for the correct manufacturing process- Follow and promote health & safety regulations in the whole company.




- Ensure that policies and controls are followed in manufacturing areas.Experiência y requisitos- High School- 3-5 years of experience in Assembly with the position of Production Supervisor (furniture manufacturing is a nice to have but not a must)- Valid US Tourist Visa- Valid Mexican Passport- Previous experience required: 3-5 years of experience in Assembly with the position of Production Supervisor (furniture manufacturing is a nice to have but not a must).
