What You Will Do:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews (phone, virtual, and on-site) by communicating with candidates and interviewers to align availability, ensuring alllogistics, materials and agendas areaccurateand well-documented.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, managing confirmations, rescheduling, and providing clear andtimelycommunication to ensure a positive candidate experience,
escort candidates on site through the facility
- Assistwith job postings, requisition updates, escort candidates on site through the facility.
- Career fair coordination and occasional participation on campus
- Helpmaintainsourcing pipelines by tracking candidate flow, supporting outreach efforts, andassistingin amplifying the employer brand through approved communication channels.
- Provide general administrative support for hiring events, assessments, andadditionalrecruitment tasks, contributing to project initiatives within Talent Acquisition as needed.
- Track candidates through the hiring process andfacilitateprocessing of background checks, drug screens, conflict of interest reviews, etc. to ensuretimelycompletion of HR pre-employment requirements.
