Descripción y detalle de las actividades**Company Overview**:Clever Tiny Homes is a leader in innovative factory-built housing solutions, specializing in creating high-quality, energy-efficient, and sustainable homes for the U.S. market.We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic team.This individual will play a pivotal role in designing and engineering new buildings manufactured at our Ensenada plant.
**Key Responsibilities**:- ** Revit Modeling & Drafting**:- Create detailed architectural and construction plans using Revit for submission and manufacturing purposes.
- Draft residential construction details in accordance with US building standards and codes.
- ** Code Compliance & Research**:- Conduct research and incorporate code requirements into designs and technical documentation.
- ** Structural Coordination**:- Collaborate with or function as the structural engineer to develop and finalize stamped drawings for submission.
- ** MEP Design & Drafting**:- Design and draft mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring integration with the overall building plans.
- ** Factory Floor Collaboration**:- Conduct regular walkthroughs of the factory floor to verify that installations align with the drawings,



specifications, and manufacturer guidelines.
- Work closely with production teams to address discrepancies and ensure quality control.Experiência y requisitos**Job Summary**:**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in **Revit** and other relevant design software.
- Strong knowledge of US residential construction methods, materials, and detailing.
- Experience designing and drafting **MEP systems**.
- Familiarity with structural engineering principles and processes for obtaining stamped drawings.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
