About the role

The Enterprise Applications Support Analyst is responsible for delivering high-quality support for business-critical enterprise applications, with a primary focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. The role ensures system stability, optimal performance, and a seamless user experience across general business operations.

Acting as a key link between business users, IT teams, and external vendors, the analyst investigates and resolves application issues, supports business processes, and translates complex technical topics into clear and practical solutions for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, including issue resolution and user assistance.
- Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support core business processes across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and related modules.
- Manage and prioritise support requests to meet business and service expectations.
- Work with users, technical teams, and third-party vendors to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.
- Support testing, releases,



and change management activities.
- Maintain support documentation and knowledge articles.
- Support integrations between Oracle Fusion and other enterprise applications, including Freshservice and JIRA.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and application support best practices.

About you

The successful candidate will have:
- Experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud in an implementation, consultancy, or application support role.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- A customer-focused mindset, with a positive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality support.
