Job Responsibilities:
JOB PROFILE: Administer and coordinate Human Resources programs and processes in accordance with Magna's Culture, corporate policies,



and applicable legal requirements.
Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, payroll administration, performance management, employee engagement, and employee relations.
