CONTROLLING MANAGER- PLANT Responsible for controlling and analyzing plant costs and operational performance, ensuring accurate and timely financial information to support business decision-making. This position monitors plant performance against Budget, Forecast and AOP, analyzes cost and material variances, controls inventory-related financial performance, and ensures the proper application of manufacturing costs in accordance with company policies and objectives. The position works closely with Plant Management and cross-functional teams to identify risks and opportunities, improve cost performance, and drive continuous improvement across plant operations. Responsibilities: Develop and implement business reporting procedures, including reporting timelines and key performance measures for monitoring plant performance. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of plant controlling data and KPIs. Calculate, communicate and monitor benchmarking and performance indicators, preparing regular and ad hoc management reports on overall plant performance. Lead the plant Budget, Forecast and AOP processes, providing guidance and support to plant departments during budget preparation. Monitor Budget, Forecast and AOP realization, analyzing deviations and identifying risks and opportunities. Coordinate and support the monthly closing process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of plant results. Analyze manufacturing costs and material cost variances, including PPV, WOV, scrap, material absorption and other relevant cost drivers. Monitor standard cost versus current/vigente cost and identify opportunities for cost improvement. Analyze product costing for new and existing products and provide accurate cost information to support business decisions.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Plant Controlling,



Cost Accounting, Manufacturing Finance or a similar role within a manufacturing environment . Strong experience in manufacturing cost analysis and cost controlling . Experience with Budget, Forecast and AOP processes . Strong knowledge of material cost variances, PPV, WOV, scrap, absorption and manufacturing costs . Experience with standard cost, current/vigente cost and product costing . Experience in inventory controlling , including physical inventories, cycle counts, Excess & Obsolete inventory and inventory adjustments. Experience analyzing BOMs and product costs from a Controlling/Finance perspective . Experience with monthly closing, account reconciliations, accruals and reserves related to plant operations . Knowledge of internal controls and SOX preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and translate data into actionable recommendations. Experience working closely with Plant Management and Operations . Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/financial systems. Advanced English level. Preferred Experience: Previous experience as a Plant Controller, Plant Controlling Manager, Cost Controller, Cost Accounting Manager/Supervisor, Manufacturing Controller or similar position . Experience in automotive, cable, electrical or other manufacturing industries . Experience in high-volume and material-intensive manufacturing environments. Experience managing costing, inventory and manufacturing variance analysis . Experience supporting Plant Managers and Operations leaders with financial and operational analysis. Experience leading or participating in continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives .
