**Job Title: Regional Raw Materials Analyst**
**Location: Queretaro**

**The role**:
As a Regional Raw Materials Analyst, you will help drive our goals by:
- **Plan & Optimize**:Execute regional raw material planning processes and inventory strategies to support customer service, supply continuity, and working capital objectives.
- **Collaborate Across Functions**:Participate in the S&OP; process by providing data, analysis, and recommendations on supply scenarios, inventory strategies, and risk mitigation plans.
- **Engage Suppliers & Partners**:Support supplier and subcontractor relationship management activities, helping to monitor capacity alignment, service performance, and execution of supply plans.
- **Monitor & Improve**:Track regional supply chain KPIs, supplier performance, inventory health, and planning effectiveness, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- **Supply Risk Management**:Assist in identifying and mitigating supply risks through scenario analysis, inventory planning, supplier collaboration, and contingency planning activities.




- **Continuous Improvement**:Contribute to supply chain improvement initiatives focused on planning efficiency, inventory optimization, supplier performance, and process standardization.
**Key skills that will help you succeed in this role**:
- Experience in supply chain planning, materials planning, or inventory management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Experience supporting process improvement initiatives is desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
