Accounts Payable Representative
You will be a key player in building and maintaining relationships between our vendors and various departments within Bison.
Specific Responsibilities include:
Setting up new vendor in Great Plains.
Requesting banking information.
Verifying banking information.
Requesting notice of assignment.
Closing PO's.
Integrations.
Other duties as assigned.
Our Idóneo Candidate will possess:
Advanced command of the English language with strong written and oral communication skills.
Experience in Accounts Payable is considered to be an asset.
Detail oriented with a passion for working with numbers and data entry.




Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to changing environments.
Ability to work in both a team environment and individually.
PC skills - Windows, MS Office Suite, Excel, Great Plains accounting software.
Experience with Great Plains considered to be an asset.
