Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Business Development Manager to lead Digile's U. S. market expansion.
In this role, you will design and execute our end-to-end go-to-market strategy, run high-impact demand generation programs, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive enterprise pipeline growth.
Core Responsibilities Demand Generation & ABM: Design and execute multi-channel campaigns and targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to generate qualified leads and drive pipeline in the U. S. enterprise IT sector.
Content & Sales Enablement: Produce executive pitch decks (high Power Point proficiency required), case studies, and solution briefs that translate complex tech offerings into compelling narratives.
Equip sales teams with high-impact enablement toolkits.




Partner & Event Marketing: Collaborate with strategic technology partners on co-marketing campaigns, co-branded collateral, and industry events/conferences to expand market reach.
Campaign & Metric Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance metrics across all marketing channels to ensure ROI and inform future strategies.
Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of B2 B marketing experience within enterprise IT services, software consulting, or Saa S. Market Expertise: Proven track record of successfully targeting and engaging U. S. IT executives and technology decision-makers.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; strong ability to present to senior stakeholders.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
